Just hold out a little longer. Uncle Don and Aunt Darlene lived in North Dakota before he started his dental practice in Arizona (military time as a dentist). So there is hope for you!
And yes, if you know a place in Hawaii, I don't know that Kelley's particular on the island, just wants a beautiful Hawaiian backdrop.
